Global Macro Investment Advisor and Technical Analyst.
During more than 30-year in capital markets, Nic’s roles included Chief Investment Officer of a large German Manager, Head of a German Bank Branch in London, leading one of the largest European Government Bond Trading desks and amongst others co-heading a Fintech Strategic Investment Vehicle as well as being a member of a Mezzanine Investment Fund.
In 2020 Nic co-founded IFF Investments for Future GmbH (www.iff.world) to assist retail and institutions establish a structured approach to investing. He is also advising Institutional Investors in Global Macro and offers Training in Trading and Technical Analysis through O3Cmarkets Ltd (www.o3cmarkets.com).
Nic is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (FCA), a CFA Charterholder (CFA) and a Certified Elliott Wave Analyst (CEWA).

Themis has been in private practice as a Chartered Accountant for over 40 years serving small businesses.
He was also part of a group of founder shareholders in a telecoms company, acting as the Finance director which was subsequently sold after three years to Carphone Warehouse.
He has been a member of Angels Den and has made investments in several early start-up companies.

Maximilian Themistocli
B.Sc. (CTO and Software Engineer)
Max is a mechatronics and information-technology engineer, specialising in robotics. He interned as a medical software engineer at ITK Engineering GmbH, working with state-of-the-art technology, such as augmented reality and medical robots. As a student assistant researcher at the Institute for Anthropomatics and Robotics (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology) he designed and programmed robot and sensor software. His combined skills of understanding complex mathematical problems and being able to code in different languages enable him to program tools for market analysis.
Graham “Harry” Cross
Financial Markets Tutor and Derivatives Trader
Harry has over 30 years investment and trading experience in the markets to complement his current role as a tutor/consultant and derivatives trader. His training involves a wide array of market related subjects and his background assists in making his courses both relevant to the 'real world' practitioner and those newly embarking on a journey into trading.
Prior to tutoring, he specialised in the fixed income markets, working as a trader and market maker, building an extensive knowledge of European, UK gilt and US bond and interest rate markets and their associated derivative products. He has a strong background in formulating strategy and developing ideas for active trading and risk management.
